I loved working with Nate at this F&F location! He listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem, called me and asked me to come in so he could SHOW me what was wrong. We discussed my options and I have him the"go ahead" to do the work. The problem was fast more than what I was expecting and so was the bill, but with the short time frame, the detailed explanation and fantastic customer service, I left as a very happy customer! Thank you, Nate!

This company should be very grateful for the staff at the Moreland location. The Staff here is amazing!!!! The customer service is excellent and also equally important is an excellent mechanic jobs. I would trust these folks with pretty much any repair needed!!! Thank you so much

Great customer service !! Took care of my unexpected flat tire , put on my spare all for $15! Tire could not be repaired so they were able to get me in the next day for new tires , I needed a set anyway . The car was done before noon the next day ! Highly recommend Lee and (Phyllis?) that were at the front desk when I was there . 😊

My maintenance alert flashed as soon as I got off the highway and I panicked. One of my coworkers told me about this place. I called and my call was answered by a very nice young man. I told him the problem and he told me I could come in. I found them with no problem. I was met by the same young man I had just spoken to. He was very nice and good-looking also! Anyway with in a half an hour my oil and filter was changed and I was on my way back to work. Thanks guys!!
